At Seven Figure University, our mission is to empower Medicare agents with the training, tools, and strategies they need to grow and scale a successful business. This Fulfillment Policy outlines how our digital products and services are delivered, what you can expect after purchase, and how to reach us if you need assistance.

1. Course Access & Delivery

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email within 5–10 minutes. This email includes:

For programs with drip content, new modules will be released according to a set schedule. You’ll receive email notifications as new lessons become available.

2. Digital Product Fulfillment

All Seven Figure University products—such as courses, templates, tools, and downloads—are delivered digitally through our secure online platform. No physical goods will be shipped.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and instant access to course materials, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed, unless explicitly stated on the product page.

4. Subscription Renewals

If you enroll in a subscription-based product (monthly or annual), your plan will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You will be notified of upcoming charges in advance.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellations must be made before the next billing date to avoid renewal charges.

5. Lifetime Access Terms

Some products may include “lifetime access.” This refers to the lifetime of the product or course—not your personal lifetime. As long as Seven Figure University continues to host and offer that course or training, you will retain access.

If Seven Figure University discontinues or retires a product, we will make a reasonable effort to notify users in advance.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your enrollment in any subscription-based program at any time by logging into your account and selecting the cancellation option under your subscription settings.

Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds or prorated credits will be issued for unused time. After cancellation, you will retain access to the content until the end of the paid billing cycle.

For one-time purchase products, cancellations are not applicable after access has been granted.
